NOTES & CONDITIONS: • Leading Fire Services standard trading terms apply. A copy of our trading terms can be provided on request. • Leading Fire Services reserve the right to vary our pricing where additional WH&S measures are implemented, not limited to but including: new or modified induction processes, additional police or security checks and assistance with third party auditing. • Where recommendations are made we have allowed to rectify, this price is only valid if accepted with the rest of the quote. • Uninterrupted and continuous site access is required. Delays will incur additional costs at our standard hourly rates. • This quote is valid for a period of 30 days from date of quotation, after which time price adjustments may be required. • The customer is fully responsible to provide access, security clearances and keys on site at time of all routine inspections, call outs in normal working hours and call outs outside working hours and quoted works. Multiple site visits (other than those already expected and allowed for) or variations to our original scope of works, may attract further costs. • In accordance with AS 1851 – 2012 during a hydrostatic test the hydrant system pipe work is pressurized to 1.5 times the systems working pressure or the required design standards. If any unknown system defects are present, a failure of the hydrant system pipe work may occur resulting in damage to building, plant, equipment, facility, or part thereof. Leading Fire Services Pty Ltd, will be held harmless and accept no responsibility for any damage to building, plant, equipment, facility, or part thereof, as a result of any failure of the fitted Fire Hydrant System during any authorized pre-arranged Hydrostatic Test and Hydrant Flow test. If for some reason the valve is faulty, we will have a suction pipe that we can hang over the roof and side of the tank. We will utilise a siphon effect with a pump and use that suction to vacuum any sediment/ sludge from the base of the tank. If the client is happy for water to dump off the side of the tank that is great, if not we have no allowance for temporary diversion pipework to the nearest stormwater pit and would require PFM assistance to redirect to the suitable location.
