**Leading Fire Services are pleased to submit for your consideration our proposal for the supply and installation of the evacuation diagrams for the laundry, Lodge, Heritage and maintenance shed.** **Clarifications and Inclusions.** **1. Our price is based on floor plans being made available for us to use during the mark up process. Should floor plans not be available, additional costs will be incurred for Leading Fire Services to have them drafted. 2. We have allowed for a single site visit for marking up of equipment locations. 3. Our pricing includes 1 x free client amendment to the evacuation diagrams. Each amendment thereafter will attract an additional fee. 4. We have taken our quantities from the information provided.**
