Scope of works

** Leading Fire Services are pleased to submit for your consideration our proposal for repairs to the car park supply fan controls. ** **Scope of works: Mechanical Electrical Works - Supply & Install 1 x Vector TCX2 Car Park CO Controller using existing cabling. - 1 x Gas Alarm 0-20ma CO Sensor using existing cabling. - Supply & Install 1 x 11kW ABB VSD to replace faulty Zener VSD onsite using existing cabling. - Tidy up Wiring in Existing Car Park Panel. - TCX2Universal Ctrl 8UI 6DO 3AO. - "0-150 PPM CO, 24 VDC 4-20mA" - 22mm Buzzer with Red Light to be fitted on the mssb door. - Commissioning.** **Fire System Works: - Disconnection of fire service interface connections to MSSB for repair works. - Reconnection of fire system interface connections on completion of repair works. - Commissioning of fan operations with mechanical services contractor.** **Exclusions: - MSSB replacement parts. - New cabling for CO sensors or other mechanical equipment. - Wiring to remote key switch control and/or fire panel. - Fitting off or installing any zoning systems/dampers or actuators. - Replacement of fan motor if found to be faulty. - New fire detection system wiring and interface modules. - Labour for afterhours, public holidays or weekends. - Central controller. - SSR's. - Reed switches. - Stainless steel MSSB's. - Building works including fire rating of penetrations. - Safe access equipment hire including height access. - Installation of access panels.**
