Scope of works

***PROGRESS RAIL PATTEN SHOP QUOTE 1- SUPPLY OF REPLACEMENT PATTERN SHOP FIRE PANEL - OCTOBER 2024*** **Leading Fire Services are pleased to submit for your consideration our proposal for repairs identified during the recent inspection of the fire protection equipment.** **After a recent Fire Alarm activation on Zone 2 in the Patten Shop, we have carried out an investigation as to the potential cause of this unwanted alarm activation.** **Although the actual device that caused the alarm activation could not be identified, at the time, the zone would not reset and remains an isolated alarm state.** **Further investigation was done on the when on site on Wednesday 1/10/2024 investigating a separate cabling issue. We have also identified that there appears to be a degrading issue with output number 2 on the Zone output card in the Fire panel. The output voltage is significantly lower than the other zones indicating that this output is failing.** **Due to this and the unavailability of replacement parts for this system as it is no longer supported, we are providing a quotation to replace this Fire Panel.** **To this end, in our quotation, we have allowed for the following works;** **1) Site attendance, disconnection of all field cabling on Fire Panel and removal for disposal.** **2) Installation of new Pertronics F220 Fire Indicator Panel with future capability of Networkability to main FIP **3) Test and commission on completion. ***NOTE: Please note that in conjunction with this, the smoke detectors on Zone 2 and the Heat Detectors on Zone 7 also require replacement. A separate quotation will be sent through to replace these after the Fire Panel is replaced. We will allow to replace these with Addressable type detection to provide point type identification of locations and individual sensor monitoring.*** ***We have not allowed for any associated cost with the hire or supply of an E.W.P. for these works. We will utilise the Progress Rail E.W.P. on site for these works*** Unless specifically noted above, or stated/included within our Scope of Works, the following inclusions, Exclusions, Notes and Conditions will apply: INCLUSIONS: • Labour during Leading Fire Services normal working hours (7.00am to 4.00pm Mon to Fri, excluding Public Holidays).
