Scope of works

** Leading Fire Services are pleased to submit for your consideration our proposal for repairs identified during the recent inspection of the fire protection equipment. ** As discussed with Michael O'brien, our budget quotation is for the following; * Site attendance on Monday Afternoon - 3rd February 2025 to mobilise for repair works. Equipment and Temporary fencing will be deliver4ed to site for commencement of works 6am Tuesday morning 4th February 2025. * Siret arrival for Plumbers and Concrete Cutter at 6am, site induction, and site mobilisation including Temporary Fencing etc. will be established. * Traffic management to be orchestrated by IDEC Solutions. * Concrete Cutting and removal of a section of concrete driveway to expose the location of the pipework failure. * Removal of Gravel and materials to expose failure point. * Damage to be assessed and advised to Michael prior to proceeding of works. * Following on from these works, Budget quotation will be supplied to IDEC Solutions for restoration of the Fire Hydrant System, Concrete Infill and Hydrostatic Pressure testing on completion of works (Stage 2). Concrete tensile strength to be determined prior to concrete infill.
